• Customer's Responsibility: You are responsible for insuring your stored property. Stor-Ridge Self Storage does not provide insurance coverage for your belongings and is not liable for any loss or damage to your stored items.

• Limitation of Liability: Stor-Ridge Self Storage is not liable for damages resulting from theft, fire, flood, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. We are also not responsible for personal injuries or damages arising from your use of the facility.

5. Access and Facility Rules

• Access Hours: Access to the storage facility is available during the posted hours. You must adhere to these access hours, and no access is allowed outside of these times without prior authorization.

• Conduct on Premises: While on our property, you agree to act in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not engage in any activities that disrupt the operations of the facility or disturb other customers.
