Vehicle Storage Tips from our Experts

  • Inflate your tires to the recommended pressure before storing and consider using tire blocks or rotating the tires every few months to prevent flat spots from developing.

  • Even in a storage facility, using a high-quality cover can provide an extra layer of protection against dust, pests, and UV rays, keeping your vehicle in better condition.

  • Yes, it’s recommended to fill the fuel tank and add a fuel stabilizer to prevent condensation and deterioration of the fuel over long storage periods.

  • It's a good idea to check on your vehicle at least once every month or two. Start it up, inspect for any signs of wear or damage, and perform any routine maintenance.

  • Clean your vehicle inside and out, disconnect the battery, fill up the gas tank, and use a fuel stabilizer to prevent damage. For boats, ensure all water is drained and use a protective cover.
